Design without code delays

CodeGuardian scans Revit models to identify code risks early, reduce redesign, speed up approvals, and improve project delivery.

Active warnings Resolved review High / Medium / Low priority checks

Review warnings where designers already work.

CodeGuardian adds a focused Revit 2024+ ribbon, typology presets, permit review gates, tag coordination checks, click-to-locate navigation, and a Windows installer that lets teams choose the Revit versions they want to support.

  • High priorityMajor egress, fire/life safety, and accessibility risks that should be reviewed first.
  • Medium priorityGeometry, tag, room, door, window, and coordination warnings before documentation moves forward.
  • Low priorityMissing project data across zoning, MEP, civil/site, documents, fees, and inspections.
  • Resolved reviewFixed issues move into a green review tab so teams can confirm what changed.

Why we built CodeGuardian

Projects should not discover code problems at the finish line.

CodeGuardian was built after seeing the same problem in freelancing and practice: city-review back-and-forth, late code comments, and a small number of people carrying final compliance checks. We moved compliance earlier into the design process.
